FormLab은 카메라를 통해 실시간으로 운동 자세를 분석합니다. 카메라 영상과 포즈 좌표는 기기에서 처리하며, 운동 영상은 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 운동 기록은 기기에 저장됩니다. Pro 사용자는 백업과 복원을 위해 운동 시간, 반복 횟수, 점수, 자세 이슈 등 운동 기록을 서버와 동기화할 수 있습니다.
광고 기능이 활성화된 경우 Google AdMob을 사용할 수 있습니다. AdMob은 광고 제공과 개인화를 위해 기기 식별자 등을 처리할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 설정으로 추적 허용 여부를 선택할 수 있으며, 제공되는 광고 개인정보 설정에서 동의 옵션을 관리할 수 있습니다.

Pro 구매는 플랫폼에 따라 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play에서 처리합니다. 카드번호 등 지불수단 정보는 해당 스토어가 관리하며 FormLab 서버에 수집하지 않습니다. 구매 권한을 확인하기 위해 스토어의 서명된 거래 정보 또는 구매 토큰을 서버로 전송할 수 있습니다. 서버는 익명 사용자 식별자, 스토어 구매 식별자 또는 구매 토큰 해시, 상품, 구매 시각, 권한 및 취소 상태를 저장하여 구매 확인과 복원을 지원합니다.
Pro 클라우드 백업과 복원에는 AWS 서울 리전의 서버와 데이터베이스를 사용합니다. 앱과 서버의 통신에는 HTTPS를 사용하고 데이터베이스 저장 암호화를 적용합니다. 전환 기간에는 기존 앱 버전이 Supabase 백엔드를 사용할 수 있습니다. 운동 영상은 기기에만 보관됩니다. 개인정보 및 기록 삭제 관련 문의는 아래 이메일로 연락해 주세요.

FormLab analyzes workout form using the device camera. Camera footage and pose coordinates are processed on-device, and workout videos are not uploaded. Workout records are stored on your device. Pro users can synchronize workout times, repetitions, scores, and form issues with our server for backup and restore.
When advertising features are enabled, the app may use Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers and other information to provide and personalize ads. On iOS, you can control tracking permission through App Tracking Transparency settings. Where available, advertising privacy settings provide consent options.

Pro purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform. Payment method details, such as card numbers, are managed by the store and are not collected by the FormLab server. Signed transaction information or purchase tokens may be sent to our server to verify purchase rights. The server stores anonymous user identifiers, store purchase identifiers or purchase-token hashes, product details, purchase times, entitlement status, and revocation status to support verification and restore.
Pro cloud backup and restore use servers and databases in the AWS Seoul region. App-to-server communication uses HTTPS and database storage is encrypted.
